On March 15, the state issued the announcement on matters affecting the reform of compulsory product certification marks, this announcement is aimed at mandatory product certification marks (hereinafter referred to as the "CCC mark") distribution and management of did reform as follows:

1. Cancel the charge for printing/moulding non-standard CCC mark

1. On March 20, 2018, cancel the logo issue management institutions designated (Beijing strong recognition product mark technology service center) for printing/CCC mark audit, and cancel the corresponding audit fee, by printing/CCC certification, enterprises themselves.

2. CCC mark printed/moulded by the certified enterprise shall be implemented in accordance with the management requirements of compulsory product certification mark addition.

Ii. Management of CCC mark issuance of standard specifications

1. The current logo grant management institutions (Beijing strong recognition product mark technology service center) to the CCC mark to specifications were management on May 31, 2018, since June 1, 2018, the CCC mark will no longer bear the specifications were working

2. On May 1, 2018, shall be borne by the certification institutions designated standard specifications to the distributed management of CCC mark, charge according to the national development and reform commission on let go of part of the examination management service charge notice (hair change price [2015] no. 1299). The standard CCC mark issuing management procedure, contact person and telephone number of the designated certification authority have been announced simultaneously.

3. Simplify and integrate CCC mark categories

On March 20, 2018, CCC mark is no longer with S (safety), EMC (electromagnetic compatibility), S&E (safety and electromagnetic compatibility), F (fire), I (information security), such as category, the original CCC mark according to the natural transition mould replacement cycle and product inventory, and so on and so forth.

Four. The follow-up supervision of CCC mark plus implementation will be strengthened

Certification, companies in the standard specifications and CCC mark and printing/CCC mark on their own, should be in strict accordance with the "mandatory product certification marks and management requirements" and "mandatory product certification implementation rules" the relevant requirements, set up the CCC mark use of this unit and management system, and the use of CCC mark records and archives.

At the same time, the designated certification authorities and the local certification supervision and administration departments at all levels will also strengthen the supervision, management and law enforcement inspection of the CCC mark.
